With the increasing importance of blogs, wikis and other social media comes a whole new dimension to be measured. Many of the old rules still apply, but the old tools don't work. This workshop will outline the basic forms of new media measurement and provide techniques to put a measurement program in place.
This one-hour, interactive Webinar is presented by Katie Delahaye Paine, founder of KDPaine & Partners LLC and publisher of The Measurement Standard and The One-Minute Benchmarking Bulletin.

*Directions: Take Brady Street north from downtown. After going under the Palmer Skywalk, take the first right onto Palmer Drive. Turn immediately into the Visitor Parking lot. Stop at the security guard station and reference the PRSA Webinar.
From Visitor Parking, take the sidewalk along Brady toward the skywalk until you come to the stoplight crosswalk. Cross Brady Street and enter the Campus Health Center doors directly ahead. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. The doors to P201 will be open.
